Xinchuang tech town is usually located in the sub-center or suburb of the first-tier or the core second-tier city, covering an area of about 3-5 square kilometers. Zhengzhou Central Plains Startup Town, invested and constructed by Xinchuang Tech in Zhengzhou, is among the first batch of featured towns in Zhengzhou.
