On the afternoon of December 20, 2017, London time, Xinchuang Science and Technology, a subsidiary of Xinyuan Group, signed a contract with Oxford University. Xinchuang Science and Technology formally became a member of the Innovation Alliance of Oxford University and docked with the world's top scientific and technological resources.
