On March 26, Chen Liyang, Vice President of Xinyuan Group and General Manager of Xinchuang Science and Technology, met with Mr. Matthew Bullock, Dean of St. Edmond College, Cambridge University, in Beijing, and was invited to attend a keynote speech and alumni exchange event on "Cambridge Phenomenon: Entrepreneurship and Its Impact on the World" held in COYARD Financial Space. President Matthew Bullock is a respected scholar and a practitioner in the field of Finance and urban planning. Mr. Bullock said that the continuous progress of urbanization in China urgently needed to be integrated with effective technology and mechanisms. St Edmund's College, Cambridge

Founded in 1896, St Edmund College is one of the most international colleges in Cambridge, attracting nearly 1,000 top talent from all over the world, with students from more than 85 countries. Mr. Bullock is a founding member of the advisory board of the university of Cambridge's school of law and business. He served as chairman of the advisory board of the university of Cambridge's centre for business research (CBR) and non-executive director and chairman of Addenbrooke's audit and business development committee at the university hospital NHS foundation trust (Addenbrooke's).
