In December 2017, Xinchuang Tech signed a cooperation agreement with the 10th Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC) to cooperate in the fields of civil-military integration, intelligent manufacturing and robotics, and jointly build a high-end intelligent manufacturing town/park led by Aerospace Science and engineering.

The 10th Research Institute of CASIC is a large civil-military integration enterprise group in China. It has strong advantages in the field of Aerospace Military industry. At present, it has built Guizhou Aerospace High-tech Industrial Park in Guiyang and Zunyi.
