Huang Dai, male, post-doctor of Applied Economics (Low Carbon Finance) and Senior Economist, is currently the Dean of Industrial Research Institute of Xinchuang Tech. He has served as deputy director of Industrial Economics Research Institute of CCID of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and deputy director of Industrial Development Research Institute of CFLD Ltd.

He is fully responsible for industrial research and industrial planning, in-depth study of five major industrial directions including Artificial Intelligence, Fintech, Intelligent Manufacturing, Health Technology and Military-civilian Integration, research and development of technology town products, and attracting international innovative resources to China.

He has published more than 10 articles in core magazines and academic journals, such as the People's Daily (theoretical edition), Financial Morning Post, Chinese Journal of Population Science, Jianghanluntan, Jianghai Academic Journal, China Business & Trade, Jiangxi Social Sciences, Shandong Social Sciences, Economic Review, involving areas of industrial economy, population and Urbanization, government regulation, low carbon economy and finance.

He has presided over many major research projects of the MIIT and CCID, such as "Research on Financial Policy Environment of Industrial Development in China", "Research on Demand Side Management of Electricity in Industrial Field" of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and "Special Planning for the Development of Internet of Things and Cloud Computing Industry in Huizhou (2013-2017)”, etc.
