Meng Dejian, male, PhD of Electronic Engineering in Queen Mary University of London, is currently the assistant dean of Industrial Research Institute and the director of International Cooperation in Xinchuang Tech.

He worked for Nokia and Accenture in the UK for several years and was engaged in R&D of mobile systems, Internet of Things, big data and AI. He has served as the President of the 22nd and 23rd Chinese Students and Scholars Association in the UK, and the President of the UK Chinese PhD Forums from year 2011 to year 2013. He is currently holding several social positions such as the executive chairman of the China-Britain Science and Culture Association, etc.
