Contract between Xinchuang Tech and Oxford University promotes the industrial development of Tech Towns

In the afternoon of December 20, 2017, London time, Xinchuang Tech, a subsidiary of Xinyuan Group, signed a contract with Oxford University. This means Xinchuang Tech has formally became a member of the Innovation Alliance of Oxford University and has ability to dock with the world's top scientific and technological resources.
