Xinchuang Technology and Wenjiang District of Chengdu Municipality Achieved Strategic Cooperation

(Reported by News Center of People's Government of Wenjiang District, Chengdu) On April 1, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement for Xinchuang International Health Technology Town Project was held in Wenjiang. Liyang Chen, President of Xinchuang Technology Co., Ltd. and his partner Irish Health Technology Delegation, Daoming Wang, Secretary of District Committee, and Yi Li, Deputy Secretary of District Committee attended the signing ceremony.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, Xinchuang Technology Co., Ltd. will invest in the construction of Xinchuang International Health Technology Town project in Wenchuan, mainly focusing on two core industries, which are the R&D of medical devices and health service management. Through the construction of five major carriers, namely, the International University Cooperation Park, the International Innovation Complex, the China-Ireland Medical Device Innovation Park, the International Health Service Port and the Health Intelligence Community, a closed loop industrial ecosystem will be formed.

Daoming Wang introduced industrial layout, location advantages and future development opportunities of Wenjiang in his speech. In recent years, Wenjiang has insisted on planning the blueprint of industrial development from a global perspective and high international standards, actively implementing the national strategy of "Healthy China". Wenjiang has taken the lead in putting forward the integration development concept of "medical science, medicine and medical treatment" in China. According to the industrial orientation of "three medical, two supporting and one highland", three functional areas are planned and constructed, namely, Chengdu Medical City, Chengdu Health Services Cluster Area and Chengdu Urban Modern Agricultural High-tech Industrial Park. At present, the whole region has gathered more than 300 "three medical" enterprises and institutions, such as AppTec Group, Kelun Pharmaceutical, Haisco Pharmaceutical and CapitalBio. Daoming Wang hopes Xinchuang Tech will find out the future cooperation points and share the development opportunities of Wenjiang by combining the existing resources of both sides and focusing on concrete and feasible projects. Daoming Wang hopes the Irish Technology Delegation will be stationed in the Three Medical Innovation Center as soon as possible, so that more great undertakings can be achieved in Wenjiang, bringing more talent resources and injecting more innovation power into Wenjiang.

Prior to the signing ceremony, Liyang Chen and his partner Irish Technology Delegation visited the Three Medical Innovation Center. They said that Wenjiang is a city with great potential and hope to have the opportunity to develop in-depth cooperation in more fields.
